GramTel has added Lindsey A. Downey and Ryan J. Coates to its South Bend sales staff, according to Rich Carlton, Vice President of Sales. They will develop and maintain customer relationships, and provide long-term strategic direction for companies that use GramTel’s data centers. 

Downey has a bachelor of science degree in business information technology with a minor in computer applications. She has extensive experience as a regional account manager and sales representative for a software firm where she was ranked as the top sales representative, managing more than 500 accounts and exceeding revenue goals. 

Coates has a bachelor of science degree in organizational management with additional studies in computer science. He brings several years’ experience in sales, marketing and customer service to GramTel, particularly in information technology solutions and consulting.
