We are currently interviewing for:

Position Title: Network Operations Center Support Engineer

Location: South Bend, Indiana

Summary of Duties:
This position is for support services for customer and internal network, server, and facility systems. Duties include network diagnostics and troubleshooting; network hardware installation and support (routers, switches, firewalls, hubs, etc.); network software installation and support (Cisco IOS, VPN, etc.); telecommunication circuit installation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting; circuit monitoring; LAN/WAN cabling installation and maintenance; server patch management and OS maintenance; server installation; server OS diagnostics and troubleshooting; facility systems support and maintenance (Power, Environmentals, Security); customer support (phone, e-mail, Web).

Position Requirements:
1-3 years’ LAN/WAN experience and/or 1-3 years’ server OS experience (Windows, Linux/Unix); experience with server installations and maintenance; knowledge and understanding of LAN/WAN technologies; knowledge and understanding regarding TCP/IP, routing protocols, and DNS; customer support experience.
